Some frequently asked questions
1- What makes you different from other libraries?
Nelson Memorial Library is the only handicap accessible library in the town of Grafton. We feature guest speakers as readers and have the Nelson Park in our backyard. We also have wireless internet access and a multi-purpose community room available upon reservation.
2- What activities can my child participate in?
The Nelson offers a variety of activities, from painting to doing crafts, to storytimes and playing in the Park.
3- What are your circulation rules and fees?
We allow patrons to take out books for 2 weeks, and renew their items for an additional week. Movies and DVD's are allowed to be out for one week. The late fee is to bring a canned good to contribute to the Grafton Food Bank.

5- Where can I get a library card?
When you visit us, the person at the front desk can help you obtain a library card by filling out simple information.
6- Are you accepting donations?
Book and other donations are always welcome at Nelon Memorial Library. If you drop books off or make another donation, please leave your name and address at the front desk so we can personally thank you for your generosity.
7- Can I access the library catalog from home?
Yes, Nelson Memorial Library's tech person is currently working on that.
8- Who is available to help me in the library?
Any of the volunteers staffing the library will be more than willing to help you if you need it.
